REST REFERRAL PARTNER PROGRAM
Confidentiality Statement
Effective July 23, 2026
The Rest Referral Partner Program contains business, prospect, customer, pricing, product, commercial, and program information that may be confidential. Participants must handle this information carefully and use it only for authorized program purposes.
Confidential information
Confidential information includes information marked confidential and information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential based on its nature or the circumstances of disclosure. Examples include prospect and customer identities and contact information, referral ownership and status, agreement terms, commissions and fees, product and technical information, sales activity, business plans, nonpublic correspondence, and information supplied by another participant, prospect, customer, or Rest.
Required handling
- Use confidential information only to participate in and administer the Rest Referral Partner Program.
- Do not disclose it to anyone who does not have a legitimate need to know and an obligation to protect it.
- Do not forward, publish, post, copy, download, or retain program information except as reasonably necessary for an authorized program purpose.
- Use reasonable safeguards, including protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, anti-spam, employment, and professional-obligation requirements when submitting or using business contact information.
Permitted and required disclosure
Information may be disclosed where Rest authorizes the disclosure in writing or where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or court order. To the extent legally permitted, a participant should notify Rest promptly before a required disclosure and reasonably cooperate with efforts to limit or protect the disclosure.
Exclusions
Confidential information generally does not include information the recipient can document was already lawfully known without restriction, becomes public through no breach of duty, is received lawfully from an authorized third party, or is independently developed without use of confidential information.
Return, deletion, and continuing obligations
At Rest’s request or when participation ends, participants should return or securely delete Rest program records that are no longer required, subject to lawful record-retention obligations. Confidentiality obligations continue after a participant stops submitting leads or otherwise leaves the program.

This statement provides operational guidance and does not replace or limit the confidentiality, privacy, data-protection, noninterference, return-of-records, or other obligations in the accepted Referral Program agreement. If there is a conflict, the accepted agreement controls.
