This Privacy Policy explains how NoiseAware, Inc. d/b/a Rest (“Rest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information through the Rest Referral Partner Program website and related program communications.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account information, including your name or entity name, email address, mailing address, authentication identifiers, and account status.
- Agreement records, including the agreement version, acceptance date and time, electronic acceptance, IP address, and browser or device information used to document acceptance.
- Referral and reference-call information, including prospect organizations, business contact details, relationship context, notes, approvals, introductions, status updates, and payment-related program records.
- Technical and usage information, such as log data, device and browser information, and interactions with the website and program emails.
- Communications you send to us about the program.
How we use information
We use information to administer the program; authenticate accounts; review and track proposed leads; coordinate reference calls; document acceptance and program activity; calculate and administer fees; send operational, legal, security, and status communications; prevent misuse; comply with law; and protect Rest, participants, prospects, and others.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, security, and email delivery; to professional advisers; to transaction counterparties in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; and to government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We may also disclose referral information as reasonably necessary to evaluate and pursue the referral or coordinate a requested reference call.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program, preserve agreement and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, and security requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information where required or permitted by law or needed for legitimate business purposes. Program-related and account-service messages are not marketing communications and may continue while your account or program activity remains open.
Business contact information
Participants should provide prospect information only when they have a lawful basis to do so and should avoid submitting sensitive personal information. The program is intended for business referrals, not consumer or children’s information.
Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party authentication, hosting, and email services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and Rest is not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
